Keto Bread Recipe

Keto bread is a low-carb, high-fat bread made with alternative flours and ingredients that are keto-friendly. Here’s a basic recipe for making keto bread:


  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup psyllium husk powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup warm water


  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the eggs, melted butter or coconut oil, and warm water to the dry ingredients. Mix well until a dough forms.
  4. Pour the dough into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove it from the pan and transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
